Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 48 hours to process your order. After that, it might take up to 14 business days to create your jewelry if we don't have it in stock, so expect an email within two business weeks to let you know your order is on the way!
SHIPPING AND ESTIMATES:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Local delivery is available for addresses within Israel only.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Once ready, orders are generally shipped within 5 business days using HFD delivery service.
SELF PICKUP - Tel Aviv, Israel
If you would like to pick up your order from our studio in Tel Aviv, please order the product as usual through our website and then contact us directly to ask for self pickup and to set an appointment. Orders can be picked up only by contacting the studio and setting an appointment either through our website or via our email. After your initial request for self pick up, an email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup and an appointment can be made.
Please keep in mind- The Studio is not open to the general public nor is it manned 24/7 as we run errands and tasks to get you the best quality of products as fast as possible. If you arrive without schedualing an appointment in advance, there is a good chance there will be no one available to meet you and self pickup will not be possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Unfortunately, We do not currently offer international shipping through our website. If you live outside of Israel and would like to have our products shipped to you, please feel free to contact us at jewelrykut@gmail.com so we can see if anything can be arranged specifically for you!
SHIPPING FOR REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PURPOSES:
Shipping for refunds, returns and exchanges purposes is not covered by the free shipping offered by our Studio. Please refer to our return and refund policy for any further questions or feel free to contact us at jewelrykut@gmail.com.
