Refund policy
Repairs
Jewlery under warranty are entitled to free repair services including:
- Fixing broken parts.
- Polishing.
- Filing.
- Resetting fallen stones.
Damage caused by misuse of the product is not covered by warranty. All shiping cost to and from K.U.T jewlery for the purpose of repairs will be covered by the customer regardless of warranty.
All gold jewelry has a warranty period of 6 monthes.
All silver jewelry has a warranty period of 12 months.
Please note that repair, resizing or any other services performed by someone other than K.U.T Jewelry to your jewelry, will void your warranty.
Repairs that are not covered by warranty will be done at a discount rate determind per case.

Cancelation And Resizing
You can request any changes or cancellation to your order within 48 hours of purchase.
After 48 hours of purchase :
-If you cancel your order before it was shipped you will be charged a cancelation fee equal to 5% of the cost of the product.
-If you need to change your ring size, you will be charged a resizing fee depending on the nature of the resizing required.
After the order has been shipped, cancelation and resizing options are no longer available.

Returned Products
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at jewelrykut@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Products may be returned to K.U.T Jewelry within 14 days of recieving the products in exchange for either:
-A refund minus shiping fees and 5% of the cost of the products.
-Full store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at jewelrykut@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at jewelrykut@gmail.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be cancled or returned such as custom made and custom to size jewelry. Please get in touch with us at jewelrykut@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
